Twenty years after recording their hazy debut "Oh My Guild", The Guild are back — and finally putting the album on vinyl for the first time.

Led by The Ark’s Sylvester Schlegel, alongside musicians connected to Dungen and a loose collective of musical friends, The Guild make warm, slightly ragged folk rock with a distinctly Canadian feel. Recorded in a few blurry, creative days in Gothenburg, the album has aged surprisingly well — its once-anachronistic sound now feels like exactly the kind of thing worth bringing back.

Now the band are picking up where they left off: jamming, making noise and letting the music lead the way. Oh My Guild arrives on 140-gram vinyl, twenty years late and sounding all the better for it.
