Since the mid-1990s, Langhorns have been a natural part of the international surf rock scene. Originating in Lund in southern Sweden, the band carved out a unique niche within the genre, where traditional 60s surf meets melancholic European tones, cinematic atmospheres, and a raw energy that has made them a crowd favorite worldwide.
Their debut Langhorns (1998) set the tone with uncompromising instrumental rock, followed by Club Gabardino (1999), where the band broadened their sound and flirted with exotic influences. With Mission Exotica (2003), they reached new heights in their cinematic expression, and Showstopper (2024) further confirmed their ability to combine intensity with atmosphere.
Their music has not only found devoted surf rock fans but has also appeared in film, TV, and advertising contexts—helping spread the Langhorns name far beyond Sweden’s borders.
