Caïman thrives on wild sensations, haunted forests, winding backroads, and stories told slightly out of tune. Within the dense chorus of her electric guitar, her words weave liberated, mystical incantations.
Her music — an amplified watercolor — mirrors the creatures she summons: dark, tender, and sincere, shaped by tales of metamorphosis, uprising, magic, and ghosts. Often described as a Lyonnaise Patti Smith fused with Marika Hackman or Liz Fraser of Cocteau Twins, Caïman is now preparing to release a new album that drifts between ethereal folk-rock and gothic dream pop.
