Pierre Zeimet is a cultural sector professional widely recognised for his commitment to electronic and contemporary music. He developed a distinctly cross-disciplinary approach - blending strategic and economic thinking with a deep understanding of public policy and genuine artistic sensibility. He went on to pursue artistic production at Nancy Jazz Pulsations, where he strengthened his hands-on expertise in artist coordination, programme design, and the delivery of large-scale events.
Today, Pierre Zeimet serves as Artistic Director at Arty Farty, an independent cultural organisation based in Lyon, internationally recognised for its work across European electronic music cultures and the creative industries. In this role, he steers the artistic direction and editorial vision of flagship projects including Nuits Sonores - one of Europe's leading electronic music festivals, of which he is also Deputy Director - as well as the programming of club Le Sucre and the artistic direction of festival S. Driven by a passion for electronic music, jazz and improvised music, he champions a vision that is equally attentive to emerging local scenes and to the broader aesthetic shifts reshaping contemporary music.
