Vesper De León

Vesper De León is a booker, promoter, producer, manager, and creative director with over two decades of experience shaping both the international heavy underground and the Nordic live music landscape. Holding an MFA and a PhD in arts marketing, experiential events, and curatorial practice, her work bridges academic insight with an artist-forward yet grounded reality of producing and presenting powerful live experiences.
From early days booking basement shows and managing bands, to the past decade working with festivals, venues, booking, PR, and A&R for Majestic Mountain Records, she has also founded her own label, Urskog Records, and consults for numerous independent venues, festivals, and bands, while also contributing to The Metal Collective, The Doom Charts, and other international music platforms. Known for her powerful combination of empathy, intellect, and approachable yet exacting professionalism, she approaches every project as a living collaboration, one that values artistry, integrity, and human connection above all.
