Oskar Strajn

Oskar Strajn is an Amsterdam-based music programmer and international program promoter, currently working with Eurosonic Noorderslag (ESNS) in Groningen and Motel Mozaique (MOMO) in Rotterdam. At ESNS, he curates emerging European talent, booking over 250 acts each year, and has been instrumental in developing the ESNS Radar and Analytics platforms, connecting data with artist success stories across the continent. He frequently represents ESNS on the global stage, building partnerships with festivals, DSPs, and media. Beyond programming, Oskar has contributed as a jury member, moderator, and lecturer at events including BBC Sound Of, Pro Helvetia Fast Forward, and the Eastern European Music Academy. Passionate about the future of music curation and cross-border artist development, he continues to play a key role in shaping Europe’s live music ecosystem.
