Marili Randla

Music Estonia, EE

Marili has spent the past ten years supporting the Estonian music sector through international collaboration and strategic development, driven by the belief that a strong music scene benefits not only artists but also cities and societies. She currently serves as the Estonian project lead for the international collaboration project MI-RAP (Music Industry Resilience Acceleration Programme) and is piloting TechTrack, Estonia’s first music tech pre-acceleration programme. With over a decade of experience in event production, communication, marketing, and project management, Marili has contributed to numerous initiatives strengthening the music ecosystem. Outside of work, she plays flute in the Tallinn University Symphony Orchestra and the DIY music collective Cosmoskva.
