Iris is one of the project managers for the non-profit music and cultural festival EFFIR. The team organizes an annual two-day festival with free entry, built entirely on volunteer work — from organization to performances. 2026 marks the festival’s 10th anniversary, and Iris has been part of the team since 2021.
